Soul Soothing Sessions
Completely unique and intuited, a personal "soul whisper" session, where I use my abilities to "see, hear and know" to help you find an empowering way forward through life events or old limiting beliefs. This is like a soul coaching therapy session, channeled guidance, and shamanic healing work rolled together!
The Goal: You healing and empowering yourself to embrace the fullest version of your Joyful expression and truly live it.
Who is this for: anyone experiencing heavy challenges in their life, ready to lighten them. Physical health challenges, relationship and work changes, mental-emotional distress, difficulties dealing with grief and trauma, questions about life's purpose are common concerns that I assist with.
What I do: Deep listening to your spoken words and "diagnosing" your unspoken energetic pattern (using my expertise in Traditional Chinese medicine, coupled with shamanic techniques) allow me to determine the supportive work that is required. There is no script or structure as to how these sessions occur, completely based off your energetic requirements and what your soul is presenting to be healed/lightened. May include hands on energetic healing work/acupressure, use of crystals, flower therapy, sound healing, mantra and breathwork, and herb/nutrition guidance.
Walk away lighter in spirit, with powerful practices and nature based suggestions that you can immediately incorporate into your daily life.
